Pay the service 3 months and today when I was there to clean my car for the 2nd time in 3 months I was asked to leave the premises because my car had a roof rack but funny thing is that they sale my the car wash membership will I have the roof rack installed on my car and it is a dealer accessorize that comes with the car !!!!! Looks to me that whoever owns the place hires and pay for his enemies and competition to work with him. He’s losing business and suddenly he lost mine never to go back again there or recommend anyone there.

I have to say the vacuum is an absolute 10/10! The best in the city! Great suction and the added needle nose vac gets in the nooks and crannies the original can’t reach. I would give it a 11/10 if possible and not mention Matt did me a great favor and I greatly appreciate it! 🫡 Andrew was also the highlight of my visit with his exceptional customer service he sold me my monthly car wash membership that I’m really looking forward to utilizing this summer! Overall I do wish the actual car wash did a little better at getting the bugs, dirt, and grime off all around the vehicle. That is why I’m rating my overall experience a 4 out of 5!

I cannot express how amazing this place is! Not only do they offer vacuums and window washing stuff but the customer service is truly amazing, it’s almost 90 degrees today and I was offered a beverage before I cleaned my car since it’s so hot. This really shows me how much they care about their customers.

Good car wash place and the best part is the interior cleaning area. Free powerful vacuum with towels and surface wash sprays. I will definitely come again!

Here’s the thing… What do we need in a great Car Wash for? Our Car’s! I don’t need to be in a place full of sweet personalities to wash my car. Some of the reviews I’ve seen for this location are a bit nitpicky. We don’t need a hospitality crew. I can certainly understand if something breaks on your car, you want consideration to your issue. I personally was impressed with Tidal Wave. Free Vacuum’s and endless amounts of freshly washed towels for drying your vehicle, clean bathrooms… it wasn’t an extremely busy day, but they didn’t mind me hand polishing my car in the shaded area after drying it. I will be back, many times. Thank You
